Delicious hot dogs and fries and outstanding sweet tea! Heads up - if you order something other than hot dogs, be prepared for a little wait, but only a few minutes. Our group of 9 stopped here on a Saturday afternoon in December, 2025. We ordered at the counter, found plenty of seating available and really enjoyed our meals. Definitely a no-frills place, just what we were looking for on this occasion. I can highly recommend the chili dogs and chili cheese fries - so good! Prices are very reasonable and we found parking easily out front. Service was quick and friendly.

Keeping this short and sweet, BEST SLAW DOG IVE EVER HAD. The slaw is homemade and so is the chili!!! 10000% recommend. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing!!! Best dogs you will find in the South!!! They have Chile Cheese dogs and Slaw Dogs and dog combinations that you can't even imagine!!! 100% worth stopping in to enjoy a few delicious hot dogs!

I tried Monroe's today. This was my very first time. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I tried a slaw, chili dog and a chili dog, both with onions and a side of fries. Everything was pretty good. The fries were fresh and hot, just the way I like them. The only thing I disliked was my coke was a little flat. I do recommend this place. Go check them out. I will be back. I also have a suggestion. For the to-go orders, it will be nice to have a plastic bag being the chili and grease go through the bag. Thank you.
