Every morning when I call and ask if they have WiFi box’s they be very honest with me so I don’t have too waste my time too go up there

Forsyth is a very independent city as a county as an access connecting cross sections of Georgia. The city has small business fitting into the buildings that have characteristics to be a part of the National Register of Historic Archetecture.

I had a very bad experience. I am disabled and was told I could park curbside to get a laptop exchanged every two weeks. The first visit went well and the woman said all I had to do was park and call. The second time I did this, they treated me so rudely and asked why I couldn’t just come in. When I said I was disabled they said they were short staffed. I finally made it out of the parking lot and into the building in great pain and they said they did not offer curbside that I was mistaken. By the way, there was nobody in the library at the time. I returned the computer and did not exchange it. I was so humiliated and shamed for my disability that I knew I never wanted to come back there again.

We LOVE the Monroe County Library! Going to the library is one of my kids’ favorite places to go. The librarians are so kind and helpful. They go out of their way to make it a special place for the kids and I greatly appreciate their efforts.

We like the library but having the bathrooms locks is a huge inconvenience. Many close calls having to get a key and unlock it. Other than that. Nice library
