A taste of Italy 🇮🇹 is what you will get here, down to the chairs and decor. Even the sparkling drinks remind me of the Amalfi coast. Pasta is always made in house, and each and every dish is made from scratch with the absolute highest quality of ingredients. They have weekly specials which are not To be missed. We were lucky that they had fresh truffles with guanciale. It was so so good. Our server was awesome as well, taking the time to explain the specials as well as the desserts that weren’t on the menu. Parking can be a challenge during peak hours , but there is paid as well. They also have a pizza place next door that makes pizza and fresh bread. A true gem to have a place serving French and and Italian cuisine by an actual French and Italian chefs 🤗

We have been meaning to try this place forever and finally did this afternoon. Our server, Francesco was so nice and attentive, making sure to go over the menu in detail for us. The carbonara and gnocchi dishes were both delicious, and you can tell everything was made from scratch. We finished it off with the panna cotta, which was AMAZING. I can’t wait to come back and try this place again, also on a day where we can drink a nice bottle of wine! 10/10 experience.

Do not walk, but run to this place! So cute and quaint. The food is so fresh and delicious. They use the freshest ingredients. Francesco (I believe what his name was) / owner makes you feel like you’re eating in his home kitchen. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The food and service were excellent. This is a hidden gem. Fresh, homemade pasta has perfect texture and flavor. We enjoyed all the dishes we had. Carbonara, termana, and a truffle sauce special! We will definitely be back. The Italian waiter was very helpful and provided good service.

Amazing experience at Mona Lisa Trattoria in Kemah, TX. Our server, Francesco—from the Amalfi Coast—was fantastic and guided us to truly authentic dishes. The homemade pasta was outstanding (pappardelle bolognese and black truffle chef’s special), the charcuterie board was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the espresso, cappuccino, and panna cotta were all exceptional. Warm hospitality, authentic Italian flavors, and unforgettable service. If 10 stars were possible, this place would earn them.
