Monical's Pizza of Kentland

The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered mozzarella sticks, spaghetti with meatballs and pizza. The mozzarella tasted microwaved as did the spaghetti. It was really hot in some spots and cold in others. The pizza was good, thin crust and crispy. The sauce for the spaghetti was delicious. It definitely had the fast food restaurant vibe.

Stopped here with friends on an impromptu road trip back south during a snowstorm after our flights were cancelled. We wanted to get a break from the weather and try something new, as we had never heard of Monical’s. We were delighted with how delicious the pizza and drinks were, and the employees were very pleasant. The pic is of the aftermath, and the deluxe and meat lovers pizza leftovers were quite yummy later that night after more hours of driving in the snow.

It was a nice place to stop on our long journey. We were in and out under 40 min. Spaghetti was overdone. The pizza rolls were good. Custom pizza for an individual was a good size.

Kentlands Monicals has ALWAYS been my favorite! It has been about a year since we have been to Kentland location due to where we live. Tonight was so disappointing. When we arrived there were NO clean booths. Trash all over the floor. We sat at a dirty table thinking someone would come clean it but nope. She put the food right on top of the nastiness. The bowls had lettuce stuck on them. The ranch and French bottles definitely don't get cleaned. So I got up and went and bought a take home french bottle because i was not eating anything out of them bottles. I also asked if we could please change our pizza to take out and I was told absolutely your pizza only has 1 minute left. 20 minutes later our pizza came for dine in.
