I love places like this. Places run with heart, and the food always tastes better that way. I recommend the breakfasts: omelets, pancakes, and burgers. A good place for a break from the interstate 40.

For options in Henryetta, Mona's offers a diner experience away from the main strip. It feels like eating at a friend's house with down to earth home cooking. We don't frequent Mona's often but enjoy the food when we do. Room for improvement: the dining room could be updated to have new booths and tables, and a personal opinion, the batter used for their fried vegetable appetizers needs to be seasoned. It was essentially a flour wash without any paprika, salt, msg, or onion powder. If those things were added the appetizers would taste better alone, without necessity of ranch or dipping sauces.

We live in Stilwell Ok but drove to eat at Mona's today with our 3 kiddos. We had business over that way and planned the day around eating there. My husband has been a few times and kept telling me how amazing it was. It did not disappoint. It was fantastic! I love places like this, they are the heart of our country. Thank you so much for the great food and service!! Highly recommend!!

We were passing through and saw this place online. It said it was the best country food they had ever had. A very true statement. The food was very good. Was definitely the best fried okra I have ever had. My chicken strips and gravy were awesome. My husband really liked his steak fingers and fries. Fries could be crisper. The staff was very friendly. The place was very warm and inviting. We also got fried mushrooms that were very good, too. We got three fried pies for later. I am so looking forward to them. We were just too full to eat them after lunch. Looking for to our next visit.

Delicious chicken fried steak and Mona's chicken! We had real mashed potatoes and gravy, fried okra, and corn! Homemade food and homemade fried pies! Great cherry and great coconut! Annabelle, our waitress was great! Everyone was very friendly, and we'll definitely make another trip to this really good eating place!
