Customer Reviews
My wife and I went here after soccer and ordered a malt and some blackberry ice cream. I paid $8 for a "malt". It was the consistency of skim milk and wasn't even filled all the way. Totally understandable as they just opened, my wife pointed it out and the girl was so rude and made a comment saying in the rudest possible way "I put milk in a blender with ice cream...". I threw it out, it didn't even taste like good chocolate milk. My wife got a half scoop of blueberry ice cream and it tasted awful and cost $7. I didn't make a big deal out of it because I was with a bunch of kids from my daughters soccer team. I wouldn't recommend this place. Growing pains are expected but the astronomical prices paired with rude employees is unforgivable. Go to Karen's. It's much better, it's family owned
Staff was unfriendly. Ice-cream not that good. The chairs were uncomfortable it felt like I was sliding off them every time I move.
Absolutely delightful experience at this ice cream shop! The selection was impressive, with unique flavors that catered to both classic lovers and adventurous taste buds. The staff was incredibly friendly, helping me choose the perfect scoops. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely treat. The ice cream itself was creamy and rich, melting in my mouth with every bite. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a delightful dessert experience. 5/5 stars!
Very cool inside, I highly recommend! The ice cream is very fresh especially ones with fruit. I’ve gone 4 times so far and I’ve had the mazapan, coconut, chocolate abuelita, ferrero rocher, cotton candy popsicle and bubblegum. I would say all of these flavors are very strong and good and would recommend all of them (the mazapan is my fave). I also had the banana boba which was also great but the wait was a little long. Though I think it’s unfortunate that the store opened right before the cold season I can definitely say I will be back just to try even more flavors as I’ve notice they rotate.
Great selection of unique flavors you don’t find at most other creameries. Good service from Millie and Lexi as well. They let me try as many samples of any flavor before deciding. They also informed me that flavors are always rotating so there might be even more options the next time I stop Prices are a bit steep as others have mentioned. Overall though it’s a great addition to Madison and a unique ice cream and coffee shop.
