Monaghan's Pub

Neighborhood pub that knows their regular customers and welcomes groups. Good food, daily specials, wide variety of beer. Can be quite noisy when there's an important game for a Baltimore sports team, but the rest of the time it's easy to hold a conversation at a normal level.

Long established pub very popular with the locals. Had hot Italian sub. Very good. Companions had chicken cheesesteak and corned beef sandwich. Both excellent. Varied menu with appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers etc. Great friendly efficient and quick service.

Monaghan's is a nice place to go if you want to get a drink. However I went to get my wife a cheesesteak sub the menu price online said $9.95, but when I went to pick up the sub it was $ 15.65! My wife said the sandwich was good. No 15.65 good I will not be going back. For the subs that is.

Eaten here and went to their store many times. Best prices and great portions. Have had damn near the entire menu and its all fab. Shrimp salad is insane. Hot roast beef and turkey is amazing. Clubs. Fish and chips. Crab cakes. Chicken salad best I ever had. Great wings. Great staff.

I recently discovered a hidden gem in Gwynn Oak, MD, located in Baltimore County. Little known to many, Monaghan's Pub is a fantastic spot to have a great time with friends while enjoying delicious food and drinks. Who says you have to venture into the city for a memorable experience? I had the pleasure of being invited to a meeting at Monaghan's Pub and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it's not just your typical neighborhood pub. They offer a variety of food and drinks, and even have an upstairs dining hall perfect for small meetings and events. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking out Monaghan's Pub for a delightful time!
