We cannot thank Terry Johnson Bay enough for helping with a last minute closing of ours. After having someone cancel on us, we had no other options and was told the closing had to be cancelled. Terry had just gotten home, and was getting ready to settle in for the night but decided to go back out into the winter weather to make sure we could get this closing done. Needless to say I will be recommending her services to anyone who is in need, and cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond. Terry, you are truly exceptional!! Unfortunately, I cannot endorse this person as a reliable notary. She was scheduled to come and notarize some documents for the purchase of a house. She rescheduled three times and ultimately never showed up. This caused a delay in the purchase of the house and everything put on hold for the weekend. We are left to stay in a hotel. If you are looking for a reliable notary, I would keep scrolling.
