Mojo Yogurt

We came across this frozen yogurt place as we were exploring the Tempe Marketplace. I was skeptical after seeing all the bad reviews but my daughter really liked her vanilla flavor topped with a ton of toppings. The place was clean, and a friendly staff member greeted us. Yogurt tasted fine and she enjoyed it. We went early Friday evening. Our experience was pretty good. It’s definitely a small place so we are not sure how busy and dirty it gets during busy periods.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Me and my daughter came in to grab some frozen yogurt and the worker left the register unmanned and I had to wait several minutes after calling out over and over before someone would come and assist us. 3 more people walked in while we were waiting and they also commented on how strange it was that no one would come provide any customer service.The worker was rude when she finally came out and it was over all a negative customer service experience. Workers should be readily available to assist customers. It was very disappointing and I would definitely question coming and spending money here again.

Walked in today, got a cup to serve some yogurt. turns out the place had no toppings. No nuts, no fruit. The place looked filthy, toppings were mixed in. I asked the girl who was horrible had such a long face, looked as if she was forced to be there, if they had strawberry? Said NO! I gave her my self yogurt serving and walked out!

OK so I was there. I wanna say a couple of days ago There was a light skinned, black girl in there she had a tattoo on her arm When I walked in, she wasn’t even inside of the yogurt shop and I want to ask her a question about getting a sample and she wasn’t even inside of the shop for like five minutes which is very concerning. Secondly, once she got into the shop she was on the phone with her boyfriend and he was cussing on the phone. He was on speakerphone and she was completely ignoring me after that I went up to her and said hi. She looked at me with like disbelief that I was interrupting her phone call and then didn’t say anything back so and then I asked her about the sample and she said you guys were out of it, which is totally fine and then she proceeded to just ring us up. The froyo here is amazing!! I love the topping options here and Martin is an absolute gem. He’s so sweet and positive! Highly recommended
