Moe's Southwest Grill

Very disappointed with my most recent experience. Staff was disengaged and clearly wanted myself and others out the door rather than provide good service. My burrito was split in half and they clearly tried to wrap it in hopes i wouldn’t notice and when I asked for extra chips with my queso I was told “I already gave you chips” and the lady at the register turned her back. Extremely rude and disappointing experience. Was unable to enjoy my meal and had to throw half my queso away with no means of eating it.

This is our second time we’ve stopped here and both times, Anthony was working. He’s awesome and an asset to this location. Welcoming, big smile, and efficient service. Hopefully he can be recognized in some way. Sophia was great today, too. Thanks, guys!

Only ate because I had to charge my car but I would never eat here again. First time eating here and the employees expect you to know everything. Super rude. Man this place was extremely dirty I cannot believe that no one has said anything about it. The fountain drink machine was a mess straws trash sticky. It was gross. The restroom was even worse. There was just trash everywhere trash and crumbs

Lunch time was empty and only 2 employees on. Chips were less than half a small bag when it used to large portion. I keet getting the feeling that this place isn't going to last long

Stood in line for 30 minutes as our food got cold. Food tasted fine, but by the time they finished the prepped food it was cold. Additionally, had to wait for them to cook onions and they "used their last box of mushrooms" that night and had no more. Our food didn't get cold waiting on onions, it was from wwaiting for them to get it together. They had one mode--slow. It was dirty. Food on the prep floor and chips all over the floor, counter and mixed with the ice holding the few cartons of milk. Portions were quite skimpy because they were out or running out of onions, mushrooms, and steak that I knew of. Wouldn't recommend it. The line is always long no matter the time of day. Think they need some better management.
