Moe's Southwest Grill

Staff was friendly when I came in. They gave off pretty chill vibes and were attentive. I just wish the food was a little bit better for the price I paid. The food was okay. Maybe I just needed a bit more sour cream. 😅 They did have a very nice salsa bar that was well-stocked and the portion I got was nice and large. Overall, it's a 4 stars out of 5 for me, but that's because of service and cleanliness, not quality of food.

One of the few places everyone in our family can find something they enjoy even with dietary restrictions. The workers are great and have even gotten to know our kids’ special requests 🙂 Took a star off the food only because occasionally the chicken will be a bit charred; otherwise great all around!

first time eating here and will be the last time. my order was completely cold, my tortilla was hard and not even wrapped the whole way in the foil, my chips were stale, the “protein bowl” was just not even half a bowl of JUST chicken and was cold. the lady i spoke to on the phone didn’t even know what the protein bowl was. i ordered on the app too.

Placing an order at 12:07 shouldn’t warrant a 12:41 pickup…. As I sit there and watch others who walk in 5-10 mins after I had arrived be waited on. What’s the point of ordering ahead ? That is all. Mind you it said estimated pickup was 12:22. Essentially an entire work lunch period taken when it shouldn’t have happened. I’ll go elsewhere.

My husband and I came for dinner around 8 pm. There were three younger girls who ignored us for about 5 minutes while we stood there. They seemed very annoyed and ready to get out of there, even though they had an hour to close. They rushed us so bad we didn't even get the food we wanted. We watched how they treated other customers after us, and it was awful. While we were eating they were sweeping under us and spraying disinfectant. Highly disappointed.
