Moe's Southwest Grill

I have been coming here for years passing through to and from Chicago. I used to love this place and the food is still good but I will say the service at this place has tanked. It took me 20 minutes just to get through the line and there was only 1 person in front of me. One guy that starts the burrito was the only guy that seemed to care. Meanwhile all of the women just stood around doing nothing. Let's just say they were all women that clearly don't want to be here and have better things to do....you probably know which employees they were. There was literally 5 additional people in the back room while customers stood there in disbelief and Uber drivers stand there to witness the lack of service at this place. Your choice in employees is horrible

Only stop if you’re desperate. But honestly go to the Panera next door. Dirty 1) gross wet towels piled under the broken drink machine 2) filthy bathrooms, toilet paper all over the floor, broken towel dispenser 3) one cook had super long fake fingernails, no judgment but at least wear gloves when you’re making my food?! Can’t imagine what’s hiding under your 2-inch fingernails. Not fresh 1) lettuce was all rusty looking 2) chips were cold & stale 3) steak was grizzly and carelessly cut into impossibly large pieces 2 stars because at least we didn’t get food poisoning… yet.

Good service, great food, good value. For me this chain picked up where QDoba dropped the ball in their pursuit to become chipotle. I don’t like either of those but Moe’s is definitely my jam now! The ingredients are fresh and the seasonings are good. Love the salsa bar and it worth the extra for a cup of queso. 9-3-22

We have enjoyed their service a few times now for catering our lunch at my office. They are great and very helpful. Even the newest employee did her best to help when I had questions. The food is always a hit too!

Moes is my favorite go to place so a healthy, protein filled meal! The white meat chicken is always on point! I love the deals, the rewards and of course Moe Monday! With high prices it’s nice to have a place that actually gives great deals
