Moe's Southwest Grill

I ordered a delivery with Doordash and was surprised when my homewrecker bowl showed up looking pretty pitiful. The bowl was hardly half full. I paid $16+ for a steak bowl and this is all I got? Not I know shrinkflation is a thing but come on... It's rice and beans. You can afford to fill the bowl for $16. A pinch of lettuce... It's sad I was giving Moe's one more try but they dropped the ball. Ps. Moe's, commenting that you value feedback on complaints and doing nothing about it. Means nothing.

We ordered food online for lunch, which is something I really don’t do much. This is my first time eating from this restaurant chain. I ordered the rice/ chicken bowl with a lot of different vegetables. A nice mix. But there was no chicken in the bowl. I called the store and they offer to remake or issue a refund. I’m not sure if you know how it feels when everyone order is correct and they eating and you looking hungry lol… I did feel some way. P.M.A. ( Positive, Mental, Attitude). I didn’t want a refund so I took the uneaten food to the restaurant after work. No big deal all of our time is valuable. They remade the food which looks better than the delivery food. 0 ⭐️ I’ve gotten 2 catering orders from here for around 250 people each time. 1 time it was delivered and they forgot SO MUCH FOOD. So I give them another try over a year later, I decide to pickup to make it easier. It was not. Their AC was out. They had like 5-6 employees working, but only 1 was actually cutting food and working. Everyone else was literally either just standing around, or sitting on their phones. I got there 15 mins before my pickup order, and left 30mins after I was supposed to pickup. They had the cold items just out on the tables in the hot store. No one offered to help bring food to the truck, they didn’t bag the food properly. It was a terrible interaction. We will NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THEM AGAIN. Upon walking in it had odd odor not the smell of clean. This was our first time visiting this location. But looking at the shopping center you would think it’s ok but No. Upon ordering things were close to being out and looked like it had been sitting along time. Sauce bar sauces were running out and dried to sides and bottom of serving containers. Staff seemed unhappy to be there. After getting home and eating stomach became upset. I normally love Moe’s; this shopping center is a bit upscale and to find the lowest operation of Moe’s I’ve ever seen there was very surprising. This was the first bad experience I’ve ever had a Moe’s.

For some reason, there's always an additional 10-20 minute wait to pick up a mobile order placed hours in advance.... Some of the employees seem like they're putting in the effort, but this location overall struggles to meet the expectations that accompanies visiting Moe's. The dining area is usually dirty, and the salsa bar almost always needs to be cleaned / restocked. The quality of the food is hit or miss. Some visits, absolute perfection. Others, a complete waste of $20. Portion sizes fluctuate. Lately, there's been a lack of protein, with my steak bowl resembling more of a salad with rice than anything.
