Moe's Southwest Grill

Wow, all of the Moes by us have closed and by the way this one is ran it appears this may be next. The best part of going to Moes was the friendly atmosphere and service. This one needs to be cleaned and hire people that care. Chipotle has better food and better service. So sad. Needless to say the food was not impressive.

Just went to the Moes on 110 and wanted to redeem my $8.99 burrito for Moes Monday but they wouldn’t honor the text deal because I got “white meat chicken” instead of “dark meat or ground beef”. In the text it doesn’t have any other terms other than participating locations, which if there was, I wouldn’t be leaving a review. Overall not a huge deal but businesses should either offer clarity or honor the code. Will start going to other locations now.

Stopped in one Saturday afternoon expecting to see my guy Bobby J behind the counter. NOPE, he was off that day which is rare. So when I walked in, no “Welcome to Moe’s!!!!” greeting, no nothing. The staff didn’t even acknowledge me ☝🏾 lol (if you know you know) I stood at the counter, nobody even looked up. I went to the bathroom, at least THAT was clean, came back out and still, staff so locked in to their phones nobody even noticed that I was even in the store. Now I hear Bobby J is leaving. Too bad. He’s a good one. Moe’s is losing out on a hard working employee. Hope the staff can pick up the slack……since their govt mule is moving on to a place that can respect him.

The only staff person that was even paying attention was Bobby J. He was very attentive and cared about his customer service. The other employees were too busy being on their phone, talking amongst themselves or just standing around letting Bobby J handle all of the customers. From preparing our food, to ringing the register and informing us about promos they have going on. Outside of Bobby J, the staff is completely useless.

Orders 2 chicken burrito and 2 chicken bowls and sadly the food was terrible. The chicken tasted wet not grilled, not enough chicken and just not that good. The place has potential but management should try tasting the food themselves to understand what the bad reviews are saying.
