customer service was great employees were awsome however i found a piece of plastic in my taco…. they asked if i wanted to bring it back but i already ate a whole taco ….. i’m not sure if it was from the lettuce bag or what but this is not acceptable….. AT ALL

Rico, Bella, Marley, Nyla and Ashley were all fantastic! They were very friendly and gave great customer service. This Moe's location is always great and always delivers with great food and customer service. Great job!

Came in for take out, Minah fixed our food and checked us out. I don't normally do reviews but it was so nice to get wonderful service and smile. This young lady was so nice and polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your hard work. Please give her a raise. I will be back again. I love how she recommended to add queso in my burrito. It was delicious. The atmosphere was good she even greeted us when we walked in. I changed my order and she didn't get an attitude. 100 all the way. Food was fresh and yummy.

Definitely SUB PAR experience... rice and meat was dry, the portions were TERRIBLE for the PRICE... $27 could be spent ANYWHERE this day... if I hadn't been to a better location in Jacksonville, Florida prior to THIS visit, I'd NEVER visit a Moe's EVER AGAIN.

The food and the service was great. The only thing is price for everything now. The home wrecker is half the size of what it used to be and with chips and a drink it's 17 bucks now. This location is nice and the service is great but 17 bucks for a burrito at a quick service place isn't worth it anymore. The other thing I didn't like was the EV spots blocking all the parking in front of the store not a single EV there but all the spots are blocked off for ev parking I had to park at the next business over.
