Brunch was absolutely amazing! I went here for my birthday brunch & I can say the cook really did there thing! Everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The biscuits and gravy were rich, hearty, and seasoned just right — comfort food done right. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and fresh, the bacon was perfectly crispy with a hint of a smoked flavor, and the French toast was golden, soft on the inside, and lightly dusted just enough to make it irresistible. The potatoes were well-seasoned with a nice balance of crisp and tender, and every bite felt intentional and satisfying. Portions were generous, presentation was great, and the food tasted like it was made with care. If you’re looking for a brunch spot that delivers flavor, quality, and comfort, this place definitely hits th
Atmosphere is cute and service was tried but left us spending more time than we wanted. We picked the restaurant while traveling south on 75 amd don't regret it. The 10 minute wait time to be seated was only 5 and 10 more minutes to order drinks. 35 minute wait for food plus us at 1 hour 26 minutes total time there plus travel time from I-75. Your can tell quality by hour a simple thing like grits are cooked. Theirs are great. Everything from the croissant to the quiche is worth visiting amd paying high prices. Don't expect the discounts for seniors as they find any excuse not to give it. Other than that the area should be happy to have good food at a nice place to relax (forced or otherwise)
On the way to Tangers Mall and stopped here to grab some breakfast. Small and quaint place, the food was delicious, my only takeaway was they wouldn't serve me fresh half & half or plain milk with my coffee. They only offered the mini creamer cups which in my opinion is equivalent to powdered creamer. Other than that the food was really good, I had the Frittata with chicken sausage, my husband had Fried chicken with pepper jack grits and eggs. I saw alot of people order the cinnamon buns.
My husband and I tried a new spot for breakfast this morning- Southern Fusion in Locust Grove. To say this was the best breakfast I’ve had in a while would be an understatement. After just a few bites, I literally stopped mid-meal to snap a picture because I knew I’d have to rave about it. I even made my husband pause, too. He ordered the “Big Breakfast” but swapped the regular waffle for their red velvet waffle, and wow, what a genius invention. The bacon was cut thick, almost like hardwood planks, and packed with smoky flavor. I went with the salmon croquette over grits, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and delicious all the way through. The little cup of orange sauce on the side? Light, lemony, Cajun/Creole inspired, and absolutely chef’s kiss. Paired with the pepper jack gr
From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and given excellent customer service. The hostess was very friendly, and the waitress was awesome. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food and the prices were outstanding! The grits are amazing. I have never had such creamy grits. The omelette was delicious and so big I could not eat it all. And if you get the delicious cinnamon roll, make sure you share it with someone it is humongous!! We had a big group from church and they were very accommodating. I'm adding some pictures of all of our food. There were no complaints. Everyone loved everything. I will definitely be coming back here often.
