Moe's Southwest Grill

5 stars all around, because just finding a MOES to eat at is worth 2 stars alone...i mean with the free chips and myriad of sauces that you can mix and match and take home, MOES beats its competitor! I got the homewrecker burrito, with ground beef, with spicy rice, and pinto bean...burrito was big; i ate half there and took the other half home for dinner. Food was great, service fast and friendly, place was clean with open and also cozy seating.

My last experience at another Moe's Southwest Grill location was really good, but unfortunately, my experience here was a bit disappointing. Although I've never had any complaints about the food and service at any Moe's location, their burrito bowls are always my favorites but here it was a different story and the service was very unfriendly.

I got two burrito bowls that we’re supposed to have adobo chicken on them, it’s listed on the receipt, but somehow they “forgot” to put the chicken on not one but both bowls. The veggies tasted day old as well.

As a former leader in the QSR world, Casey is doing excellent things at his location in Florham park. I simply do not get this experience at the other locations near me. Only a matter of time before someone at Moe’s notices this and gets him trained up to be a multi store leader.

Honestly, in a world where customer service has gone downhill this Moe's has a superstar! Lucas was outstanding in helping us with a catering order we had forgotten to place. He truly saved the day, and he did so with kindness and understanding. Lucas we appreciate you, and are so grateful you helped us figure it out!
