Moe's Southwest Grill

Did an online order, they included chips but not cheese cups. We ordered additional queso and guac on the side and none of those were in the bag either. The guy asked my husbands name for order and told him they were working on it, then didn’t hand him it, put it on the shelf and didn’t tell him it was ready. We’ve been multiple times and disappointed each time. The whole point of online ordering is to get it right and make it easier when not being rushed… frustrating as this is the second time it has happened.

This is the worst moes and has been for a long time. I wouldn’t EVER come here if it wasn’t by my house. They will NEVER ever have salsa filled at the bar. I came more than an hour before closing and they already have the red stuff pulled away and won’t give you any. They are more focused on going home. Everyone is rude. It’s not clean. They are ALWAYS out of stuff. Worst moes I have ever been to. If you want good service go to Buford mall Of ga.

I don’t know why everyone was saying that it’s super dirty inside. My boyfriend went and got his burritos and said that it wasn’t dirty at all. They went out of their way to give us every single sauce, without us even asking. Overall a great experience, and moe’s always taste good. My boyfriend said the lady in the front was super nice, and greeting. Don’t let the reviews scare you, good location.

Great restaurant! Loved the food, the employees were very accommodating, and they were very honest and helpful. They were upfront with what they didn't have and offered good solutions. As other reviews have said, the place could need a cleaning a bit, but it wasn't the worst thing ever and didnt detract from the great customer service in my opinion. It also looked like not many staff members were there, and if there weren't staff members available then cleaning may be hard for them.

Worst meal I have ever had! The chicken and steak had been cooked hours before serving it to us. Very dry! Also the food was extremely salty! And the price was ridiculously high.we got two bowls and two drinks. It cost $44. Could have gone to Longhorn or outback for what we paid. We will never go back!!!
