Heard about this place at the High Plains Masquerade on Main fundraiser so sent hubs right away to get some meats to try. Delicious. They were so good I bid for and won the gift certificate in the online auction for the fundraiser. I am so thankful they put a gift certificate into the auction or I wouldn’t have heard of them. My favorite meat to date in this area.
