As happens in life I needed a document notarized at a hospital. Due to the circumstances the situation was both stressful and emotional. The hospital notary was absent that day and Chantel was incredibly responsive and kind. She met me at the hospital very quickly and even kindly questioned the form I had. We completed the business only to discover later that she was exactly right. I did have the wrong form and incredibly she returned to the hospital to correct my error. All of this and she told me to please not worry about a second charge. How rare in life to meet someone who extends to a stranger generosity and incredible efficiency. I trust her implicitly and would absolutely recommend Chantel without hesitation.
