Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

Im from Hawaii and mo’bettas is the closest restaurant to my home food…so lemme tell you, The environment is clean at this location but the service and food were nasty. We told them our order and the first plate they put the last of the teri steak from the bin which is fine but i thought they were gonna put more fresh from the grill (the portion was small). They say they weigh it and it was according to their policy, i guess but ogdens portions are more. When i get my plate my steak was still bleeding and red (see photo - they saw me with my 18 month old who cant eat raw meat????). Second and third plate we were still waiting for more steak off the grill, 10 minutes go by and WE STILL DIDNT GET OUR PLATES, my brother goes up and asks is our food ready?? And they said “oh oops”. Like what?

I ordered 34 individual lunches for a company meal and Peter, the general manager personally delivered them to our location which was about 5 minutes away. He was very helpful in helping me get it all ready for my group to eat. He needed to run back to his store twice for a few more things and he was so patient in helping me get it all figured out. He works hard to make sure his crew works well and his customer service to my group was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much Peter!

I have ordered here many times before. I decided to order through DoorDash and the portion was extremely small. I always get amazing portions when I go in person, but through DoorDash, it wasn’t even half of what it normally is. Extremely disappointed.

Significantly lower standards here than at the original location in Bountiful. I've ordered a number of times online for pickup, and they're frequently late with the order by 10-15 minutes, and seems like they try to get rid of the smaller scrap pieces of meat in the online orders. If you're going to eat here, dine in and go through their line. They give priority to walk in customers.

Sitting 14 min at a drive through with no one acknowledging me is actually crazy. I get being busy in the shoulder and being short on crew, but just say that, or at least let the person in the drive thru know what to expect. It’s not me expecting quicker service necessarily, but communication with a customer is important…
