Mizumi

It has been a while since I have given a restaurant 5 starts across the board but this one truly deserves them. The ambiance when you walk through the foyer to the dining room transports you to a beautiful Asian influenced nature garden with wood tables and chairs and a quiet elegance. The service is very knowledgeable and professional as one would expect from fine dining. I was very impressed with the depth and breadth of their sake offerings so far from Japan. The cuisine was creative and perfectly executed so the flavors that were intended are those your palette enjoyed. Every dish was artistic and perfectly balanced. The highlights we enjoyed were the Japanese snapper carpaccio, tuna served atop crispy rice and my favorite bite of the night was the beef with uni and caviar. Th

Was able to grab a seat at the bar just when they opened. The staff were friendly and attentive. Favorite dish was the Wagu Fried Rice along with Crispy Tuna 🍣. Great wine list - definitely recommend checking it out

Treated to dinner here by a friend. It's a restaurant I've been to several times and enjoy it. It's expensive but the food is great and it's an experience too. There were 6 of us and everyone ordered the chef's sushi selection with the exception of our friend who doesn't eat fish. He enjoyed chicken, wagyu and sweet potato skewers and some dumplings. My friends enjoyed a mixture of wine, red rice beer and the cocktails. And the birthday girl received a birthday dessert from the restaurant and then ordered her favorite dessert of molten chocolate cake which came with matcha ice cream and was apparently as good as always.

If you're visiting Las Vegas, Mizumi is an absolute must. The highlight of the evening was definitely the breathtaking waterfall view—it creates such a serene and upscale ambiance. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy some drinks and soak in the vibe after a long day. Whether you're here for the food or just the atmosphere, it's a fantastic place to spend a sophisticated evening.

Food is very good, maybe a bit overpriced. Atmosphere and overall vibe top notch. Ladies, if you have a hand bag you can ask for a special little chair, just for your handbag - see pics. Short rib is scrumptious.
