My family was disappointed in the food. Indian food is our family favorite type of cuisine. It did have some flavor, but was the least flavorful Indian food we have ever eaten. I would consider it bland by my Indian food standards, but there was definitely some flavor in there. For example, we could taste the tomato sauce flavor in the chicken tikka masala. My husband described it as tasting like tomato soup, though I didn't find it that extreme. The masala dosa was also relatively bland. The butter chicken was our favorite and had a smooth buttery flavor, though still not very flavorful overall. The rice and naan were great (peshwari and plain naan). We went at peak busy time on a weekend night, and did not realize how much of a backlog there was for filling orders. That surely impact

Terrible food !!! Uncooked dosa , sambhar so watery, if ppl think this is how Indian food look and taste like - then I am sorry what I had today is not even 1% near by . Sambar was cold , lady packed in the box ahead of serving and it become cold , I did not complain bcoz how many things should I complain - sambhar , dosa or a taste etc . Check the picture and see uncooked dosa and what they posted is totally different. My all high went zero.

This restaurant serves the best South Indian food I've ever tasted! We tried their Mysore masala dosa, Masala dosa, plain Idli, Ghee podi Idli, vada and Indian Coffee. Every bite reminded me of the authentic flavors of India, from crispy dosas to flavorful sambar, everything is utterly delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for amazing indian food and exceptional service, this is the place to go!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mitti cuisine, an Indian food restaurant that offers an authentic taste of India in the heart of the Athens, GA. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy interior that features traditional Indian décor, giving off a welcoming vibe. The food was the real star of the evening. We started with vada with sambar. It was a perfect introduction to what was to come. Chicken 65 was go good with just the right amount of spice, while the Peshwari Naan complemented the dishes wonderfully, and the Biryani had a fragrant aroma that filled the entire room, making it hard to resist. Finally a good Indian place in Athens! The food I ordered was delicious! I totally recommend and will be ordering again. This is a family run business and they have just started, so expect a little longer wait and double check your order before leaving if ordering to go. Definitely worth the wait
