Lavender Hill Bed & Breakfast

We had a delightful stay at Lavender Hill while in town for our daughter’s white coat ceremony. This B&B is about a mile from campus, close to Five Points area yet in a quieter, serene area. |After a warm welcome from our host, we enjoyed sitting on the porch reading, listening to the fountain and just feeling relaxed. Jihan is the hostess with the mostest and you can tell she wants her guests to have a 5 star experience. From a cozy robe to amenities galore, to a hearty and delicious breakfast, you are cared for. There is lots of space for guests to enjoy: a lounge, the porch, the gas firepit on the back deck…it truly feels like you are welcomed into a home.

We loved the welcoming and warm feeling as soon as you step inside this place. Very nicely decorated and clean. Jihan was very polite and helpful and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed very much the fresh prepared breakfast and all the amenities available to us.

We had to book this very last minute for a family emergency and the owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our stay! The bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall property was very charming. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Athens.

The B&B was beautiful and smelled lovely! The amenities were perfect from water and snacks to bathroom necessities. My daughter and I wished we had more time to enjoy the home (indoors and outside). The owner was super nice, friendly, and accommodating our vegetarian breakfast and giving us restaurant suggestions. The location is perfect if visiting UGA, and the home is in a quiet area. We hope to have a reason to visit UGA again and will definitely look into booking at Lavender Hill again!

What a cozy and peaceful retreat for our 28th anniversary! We loved the quiet, intimate setting to play games, watch a movie, or just relax on the porch. We brought our resistance bands & mat to do a quick workout. We enjoyed venturing to local events and restaurants for dinner. Hostess Jihan, is caring and considerate. She did her best to make sure we felt special and welcomed. Chef Demetrius prepared a scrumptious breakfast each morning. If we could've stay an additional night or two, we certainly would have. Lavender Hill is a hidden gem in Athens, GA.
