Mission Street Ice Cream & Yogurt - Featuring McConnell's Fine Ice Creams

Julia and her staff are truly since of Santa Barbara's finest staff and unless you've had McConnell's ice cream, there is no way to explain how beyond incredible it is. It makes Haagen-Dazs inedible! I eat a pint almost every day! They have some truly incredible flavors, some of which sound frightening but are absolutely amazing. My favorite is Martinelli's Apple Cider with cranberry jam. I know, it may not sound phenomenal but it is! I haven't dared to try the whiskey with praline or the mango with chili but I will. These are seasonal flavors that will rotate but the Eureka Lemon with Marion Berry will always be around!

This is probably the best tasting frozen yogurt I’ve ever had! You can literally taste the quality difference from any other fro yo shop. Place is always busy. Every flavor is good. Huge portion size on the yogurt as well so you can easily share.

The ice cream is incredible! Service was fast and efficient. They have a small little patio in the back where you can sit and eat your ice cream. One has to wait in line outside in the parking lot until one gets waived to come into the store. We had to wait for around 8 minutes so not too bad, but the line got really long after we got served and people were waiting in line for around 15 minutes.

Ice cream was one of a kind Santa Barbara experience that we got to enjoy watching the sunset. Whether you want to have it as a snack or desert, you cannot go wrong.

Such a happy discovery and quality of the ice cream ... well is impeccable. Though they were busy, the service was fantastic and friendly. It was clean in inviting even though our order was to go. I will go nowhere else in Santa Barbara for ice cream ever again.
