I've been going to Mission Restaurant Supply over the years, and now they have relocated to the new location on North 10th Street, just a couple of blocks North of Nolana. When I was a chef I would go to M.R.S. to buy the wares for the restaurants I worked at. Also, I purchased my Chef coats, pants, and Chef shoes there. Today I came to the newly stocked store for the knife sharpener that bears their name, and for some reason they just don't carry it anymore. I've checked my last 6 visits (the old store as well) and to no avail. I was hoping they would have it because of all the new inventory they now have. I keep looking because it is one of the best knife sharpening devices I own and I want to give one away and have a backup for myself.So, if you need anything and I mean anything for you
