Miss Shabu

It was great to have 8 options for the broth, and the beef bone broth was the highlight. They offer 9 varieties of meat, which is a bit fewer than other spots, but the quality definitely makes up for it. The ribeye and sirloin are must-tries. You can get fresh veggies and tons of sides at the salad bar. But the best part is, they even have fish cakes, tteokbokki, and spicy stir-fried pork, which you don't usually see at other salad bars.

Great Food! Impressive Meat Quality. Staffs are very kind. Kids friendly restaurant. This shabu shabu place is by far the best shabu place in LA, OC, San Barnadino and Riverside County. Not only meat is all you can eat, fresh veges and seafoods are also all you can eat. Highly recommend! Things are sooo impressively fresh and delicious.

Amazing Shabu Shabu Experience! I visited this shabu shabu restaurant last week, and it was incredible! They offer 7 flavorful soup bases bone broth, spicy seafood, sukiyaki, miso, kombu, house broth, and beef broth. There are 10 types of meat and 10 kinds of seafood, plus the self-service bar is packed with so many options I couldn’t even count them all. Fresh ingredients, amazing sauces, and side dishes galore! They also cater to everyone with gluten-free, soy-free, and vegetarian options, which is a huge plus. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, the atmosphere was cozy, and the servers were incredibly kind and attentive. It made the whole experience feel even more special. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Haven’t been to Miss Shabu in a minute, let’s see what’s new. Got there around 5:30 pm on Saturday, no wait, got seated quick. They got a bar area now instead of bringing veggies...hot food bar too, but mostly empty. Took forever to refill stuff. That’s when it went downhill. Tteokbokki? Sugar overload. Japchae noodles? Mushy, jello vibes. Chicken? Flavorless. Only thing keeping me sane...hot pot. Could be better, but not a total miss.

First the cost is really friendly. They have a large variety of options in the salad bar. The meat is really high quality and the servers are kind. The atmosphere is cozy.
