What an experience here! Had the absolute best time here with my son. The building is amazing, tea, treats and the owner were all wonderful. We already booked our next trip two weeks from now, while we were sitting in the parking lot. We will be back often!

Jana and her staff will take care of you and enthrall you with the history of the house and how Miss Polly’s tea house came to fruition. We took my mom here for her birthday and had the best time! We have been to several tea rooms in Nashville and Franklin, but this one was hands down the best! Amazing atmosphere, the settings were adorable, everyone was so sweet, and they were very kid friendly. We brought my 5 and 8 year old daughters as well as my 7 year old niece and they let them have their own pot of fruit tea that they LOVED! The food was amazing and we loved how it was served, you pay one price and they bring one of everything on the menu for each person. So everyone gets to try it all without having to split or pick out a specific dish. The portions are all "tea" sized, but there is such a wide variety we all left stuffed. Miss Polly's is what you didn't know you were missing in your life. First, the atmosphere, decorations, and overall coziness of each room just warm your heart. You can feel the love and attention that went into selecting each piece. The food was absolutely outstanding and a perfect mix of savory and sweet. We couldn't pick a favorite, because it was all so good. Then the tea was a perfect compliment to the tasty treats. The Chai was delicious, but the House Blend was one of the best I've had. We left with our hearts and our bellies full. We can't wait to try out the menu next month

The atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy every detail. The tea selection was wonderful, and everything we tried was brewed to perfection. The food was just as impressive—delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, treating us like guests in their own home. This was more than just a tea; it felt like an experience to savor.
