Absolutely amazing experience! I ordered two burn-away cakes, and they were full of flavor and creativity. Communication was excellent—she really understood the vision for my wife and her twin sister’s cakes. Everyone loved them, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

We ordered specialty cupcakes from Jo's for our "Wedding Cake" and they did not disappoint! We had their White Russian, German Chocolate, Mocha & Salted Caramel Cupcakes and they were SO DELICIOUS!! Our guests could not stop raving about how good they were! Jo was so easy to communicate and work with and even was sweet enough to help me surprise my husband with 2 special "Bride & Groom" cupcakes themed for his favorite football team, the MN Vikings. We will absolutely be recommending Jo's Custom Cakes to anyone looking for the best sweets around!

If I could give ten stars, I would. Ms. Jo is the absolute sweetest lady! She has great customer service skills, and she makes great products! Her cakes are top of the line in flavor and in quality! I highly recommend her for all of your cake needs!

Choosing Jo's Cakes was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Her cakes are hands-down the best we've ever tasted; they remained incredibly moist and flavorful well after the wedding day. It was such a massive hit that most of it was gone by the end of the night! Jo was so easy to work with and fully embraced our ideas, especially for the custom groom's cake—a show-stopping Air Jordan 1 on a Nike shoebox in UT Vols colors that turned out perfectly. Her flavors and icing are simply delicious! Our only very minor feedback is that cake boxes for leftovers were missed at the end of the night, if I had known I would have brought one, but we eventually were able to figure out a way to get them home.
