Customer Reviews
Miso Hungry is the best food to eat at Jay Peak. Home made bone broth, charred pork, spicy, nourishing. I love it. There is nothing better than warming up by the fire with a steaming hot bowl of spicy Ramen after a great day of powder skiing with your family.
Such a great Ramen stand! I have had multiple flavors and enjoyed them all! The spicy miso ramen is my favorite! They are ready in just 3-4 minutes!
I wish I could give them ten stars! Ramen is one of my favorite foods, and getting to have a delicious sesame shoyu bowl while skiing, with a nice, warm canned Japanese coffee was over the top! Our entire group waited less than ten minutes to order as a group of five, and the food was out within ten minutes to us. My only complaint is that these folks aren’t at more ski spots! I’d never have another burger and fries again. Truly a gem.
This place is dynamite! You must try the food! It is perfect! The ramen was out of this world in flavor, heartiness, presentation and price. The bowl in which the soup is served is huge! The food was rich and colorful and the spice level was mild , I guess you can request/order more intensity in the spice level. The egg, the green leafy vegetables, the pork slices and the soup’s consistency- all incredibly delicious! The service was quick and the ambiance outside was lovely, bright sun beautiful music wafting in the air. This is a must try at Jay Peak! The two best restaurants are Miso Hungry and Alice’s Table— hands down! Mark my words.
Tremendous Japanese food break at Jay Peak. What a great find. Spicy Tuna onigiri was tummy warming along with the miso soup and the mushroom tofu onigiri. Will do it again!
