We made Aroma Café in the Tram Haus Lodge part of our morning ritual at Jay Peak—every single day. Not because we’re fancy coffee people, but because when you’re trying to be first in line for the tram, you need a warm base camp and something reliable to fuel the mission. We’d roll in early, grab breakfast, and post up while we waited for the tram like we were prepping for first tracks like it was a military operation.
