Mirror Lake Diner

We were happy with our decision to eat here. We arrived about 2:00-2:30 p.m. so it wasn't busy with 3-4 tables occupied. We were fortunate to have the back room to ourselves for a leisurely visit with our out-of-state guests. Good service. The best dish ordered was the fried chicken sandwich with avocado. Avocado costs extra. The two waffle dishes, one with chicken and one with bacon, had soft waffles while we prefer ours crunchy. Good amount of meat with both. The spicy syrup was a nice addition as it wasn't too spicy. Pleasant atmosphere surrounded by artwork.

We stopped by early Saturday morning and did not have to wait for a table. The portion sizes were huge! It was our first time trying a "utah scone" - did not disappoint. The omelet was a little dry but the huge scoop of avocado made up for it. Service was great too!

Mirror Lake Diner is a must-stop eatery if you find yourself in Kamas. Everything I've eaten has been amazing. I particularly recommend the chicken fried steak. You'll also enjoy the mustard crusted chicken or the salmon. I wasn't a big fan of the pesto pasta with chicken, but my wife enjoyed it. The apple crisp is pretty dang good (and shareable) if you need dessert. The service is phenomenal. From the moment you enter, you're taken care of, and the customer-focus is apparent. I love the atmosphere. It's the epitome of a cozy small-town diner. The only negative is that parking can be a bit tricky depending on the time of day, so be prepared to park on the street if the lot is full. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend you stop by.

Great little local diner Service was quick and the food was good. Prices weren't that bad too! We had french toast, a utah scone and biscuits and gravy. Their hot chocolate is great, rich and a good size. If you get the Utah Scone, make sure you add honey! It was okay with just the cinnamon butter, but fantastic with the honey!

Genuinely one of the best burgers I've had in years. My wife had the high noon and soup (butternut squash) - both very good in their own right. Super friendly atmosphere. Lots of nature pics on the walls for the wandering eye.
