If you want an authentic taste of Dublin, you have to visit Minute Grill. They’ve been a local staple since 1963, and after one bite of their food, it’s easy to see why they’ve stood the test of time for over 60 years. We skipped the counter and grabbed a table in the dining area. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a classic burger joint—unpretentious, nostalgic, and incredibly welcoming. You can feel the history the moment you walk through the door. The Highlights: The Sliders: These are legendary. They are those "steamy hot little burgers" that you just can't stop eating. I highly recommend getting them with onions and mustard for the full experience. Chili Cheese Fries: Their hand-cut, battered fries are some of the best in Middle Georgia. Topped with their signature chil
This is the type of establishment that will keep you coming back! From the friendly and attentive service. You can tell the staff and owners care about all of their customers. The food is delicious, definitely don’t skip the fries! We will be back!
They've been in the burger game a LONG time! There's a reason for that. It aint fancy. It aint spacious. It aint a problem!
I came here after search suggestion for the best burger in Dublin. The burgers are sliders. They are good, I wouldn’t say “the best” but they are good. Now the hotdogs, they are pretty darn good. If you like hotdogs I recommend getting the combo of one double burger and one hotdog so you can experience them both. I also really enjoyed the hand cut breaded fries. But the best part for sure are the people. Very much a hometown place with super friendly staff.
Minute Grill has been a standard in this community for over 60 years. An institution if you will, but this was my first visit to the Minute Grill despite having lived in the area for over 10 years. You order at the register, and they call out your number, then bring your order to the table. Or, you can belly up to the bar. The hamburgers are sliders. There is very little meat in the burger, and I would put them on par with sliders found at other burger places. The sliders are $1.80. But! The French fries are the best we have had in a long time. I will be coming back here for fries. One burger and a large order of fries were enough to satisfy my appetite. The menu is limited to burgers, hot dogs, and fries with variations to the fixings you can add, along with chicken strips and chicke
