I won’t eat at any other sub shop. The bread, meat & toppings are always fresh. The meat and cheese are sliced in front of you. Some of the employees know my order when I walk in the door. Friendly faces & people, fantastic sandwiches & a great atmosphere. If you want to support a local Dublin GA business, this is the place to go. Better than any chain sub shop by a longgggggg shot. And their prices are competitive with any other sub shop in the area, you get your bang for your buck here!! I typically get the grilled chicken, but every once in a while I get a half turkey or half ham!! They make the sandwich the way THEY would want it. The employees & owner truly take care of their customers.
Went there earlier today and it was exactly what I wanted! Pepper relish is hottter than usual (which was good). Meats and cheeses sliced super thin (which I love!). Bread and veggies were fresh. Super fast making sandwiches. Was worth the hour drive. I went to a different "giant sub" place and it wasn't giant. Brian's is.
We're passing through from Huntsville, AL heading to Savannah. We pulled into Dublin to grab a bite to eat, but we didn't want a chain food fare. We saw this place with a 4.5☆ rating with a bunch of reviews, and with a name like Brian's Giant Subs it sounded local. WE ARE SO GLAD WE GAVE Y'ALL A SHOT! I had the Brian's special, and she had the Prime Rib. Both were 1/2 subs. Both were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! For those on I-16, this place is worth the detour if you got the hungers!
This evening, I visited Brian’s Sub and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and delectable food. It is noteworthy that the evening shift staff, despite their youthful appearance, exhibited remarkable respect, politeness, and efficiency. This is a rare occurrence in today’s fast-paced environment. I commend the establishment for maintaining such high standards and encourage you to continue your commendable work.
Great subs. It's worth traveling off the hiway. Very reasonable prices. This restaurant only accepts cash or checks. The bread is baked in house. Supports the community. Sandwiches are made to order. Lots of meat options. I repeat, "Great subs".
