Minturn Saloon

Minturn Saloon was a delicious Mexican dinner on a freezing January night. Our group of 6 snagged a nice enclosed booth and received excellent service the whole time. The menu had enough variety for most folks and the drink menu was similarly designed to have something for everyone. The margaritas and chips/dip appetizers we received were solid and our entrees were quite good. The fajitas were a standout, although I didn't adore the flour tortillas, and the popcorn a fun snack.

Amazing place! The food was excellent; great chef who works really hard. The atmosphere was lovely. You can tell the owners put a lot of money and pride into the renovations. We highly recommend this place. The squash enchiladas were to die for, and the fajitas were great. Our kids also loved it. Highly recommended!!!

Great bar vibe, live music on a Tuesday! The menu and food is awesome...Jen is a rockstar and had her finger on the pulse of the table all night. We were a party of 14 and they handled it like champs. I will definitely be going back A+

Outstanding vibes and food to match Cornbread was very tasty, elote dip was excellent. I got the red chilli, which was quite good but a smallish serving, definitely benefited from the cornbread side

Made a trip out to Minturn like we do every year and decided to pick up a few salads to go. Called in an order and the guy, Brian answers the phone and was rude right away. Then I ask if I can place an order to go and he says, “he’s not sure if he can.” Puts me on hold to check. Gets back on the phone and asks what we wanted to order. I told him it would be 4 Cesar salads with chicken. He yells to the kitchen staff and asks if they have time to make 4 Cesar salads with chicken because they are really busy. Someone tells back and says, “yeah! It’s only salads!” Then he asks, if there was anything else I wanted and I said no. He proceeds to tell me he can’t hear me. At this point I’m yelling at him telling him no. He then asks for my name and I say my name and again he’s telling me he can’t
