Ming's Chinese Restaurant

The food here is absolutely amazing ,the service was just as good. When ordering I asked the waiter what is the cherry pork? His reply was it is cherry pork and it tastes like cherry pork. So I ordered the cherry pork. And we also ordered crab cream cheese puffs along with chicken chow main with pan fried noodles. Everything came out hot fast and tasting amazing and if you are wondering yes the cherry pork tasted like cherry pork and oh my goodness 😳 that was the first time I had it and let me tell you give it a shot you will not regret it and ask for extra cherry sauce and the serving is enough for 2.

Wow, totally stunned at the quality of food. Fresh vegetables, chicken was not overcooked, service was friendly... wow wow wow. We will be back. Portions are large. We all took food home. Ill update this review with more details in the future.

First time dining at the Ming Dynasty. The restaurant is filled with bright red lanterns and ancient scenery. The service is great. I just needed more time to look over their menu. Their roasted duck plate caught my eye and I decided to give it a whirl. It took twenty minutes to prepare the meal. The dining room slowly filled with a strong aroma and people began to tremble. I was getting nervous. I didn't know what to expect. The final dish arrived at my table and it was perfectly crafted. Bright red duck pieces were surrounded by green broccoli. A Native American would have been proud. A small side of rice was also included in the meal. The duck itself does have a unique taste. It must be high in myoglobin. The thick, brownish meat was not easy to devour. Wildly different. No, it does not

Exceptionally fresh & hot..Sizzling plate was delicious..Duck was a bit gamey? Hubby says it was the type of duck. Other than that we will totally be back here during our seasonal stay out here

Its sad to see the state of affairs California is in. The food is great, the historical looking building is a true treasure. Yes it is true you will have to pay first before receiving your food. If your passing through or live in town its worth dinner or lunch. If your in the mood for American Chinese food.
