Mimi’s Bakery

Mimi's Bakery has provided a much needed bakery to the community. Her danish are served hot and fresh from the oven. Great place to snack on some fresh pastry and have a cup of coffee with friends. Arrive early. They sell out quickly.

Where do I begin… nice people, huge bakery treats, high quality pastries, lovely atmosphere, amazing hours! I mean look at these delicious, fresh treats!!!

Mimi’s is such an absolute gem. From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the super friendly and attentive service, every aspect of our visit was delightful. We ordered two ham and cheese croissants and the gentleman at the counter was so kind as to heat them up for us so we could eat them in-house. We also ordered a cheese danish, which was delicious and perfectly flaky with a hint of lemon; a small cake, and a loaf of italian bread to bring home. What's even more impressive is the reasonable pricing for such high-quality treats. This bakery is sure to become a beloved local fixture and is the perfect addition to Lake Wales. I’m looking forward to making Mimi’s a regular stop in our routine.

Ordered a custom cake for my grandmothers 90th. Shannon (Mimi) was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process. The cake came out great and was delicious! Not to mention the pastries in her store are amazing. I highly recommend the chocolate croissants. I will def be ordering from here again.

The besttttt bakery!! The croissant’s are literally perfect.. Every. Single. Time. flakey on the outside and chewy on the inside. Well worth any drive and calories 🤤
