Cajun Cowboy

My wife loves the outdoors and for Valentine’s we went to Lake Kissimmee State Park. There is not much around the area to grab a bite to eat. We saw Cajun Cowboy online and decided to give it a try. It was amazing. I got the fried fish and my wife got the shrimp po boy sandwiches. They were huuuuge, plus he includes fries and water or tea. They were delicious and we were stuffed which worked out well for our 5 mile hike. The owner was very friendly and the price was good. We spoke briefly and he mentioned how it’s all fresh and his custom made mix for the batter. He does it for the joy of cooking and the smiles on the faces of customers. Definitely stop by and give it a try.

WOW! Gator bites fantastic! Best fried shrimp I’ve ever had! Lite batter and if it falls off, you’ll wanna eat it! Fish tacos 😋 home made sauces. This place is worth a drive. Macks Fish camp is really cool also. So much history Florida doesn’t even know about! Oh, and live bands! Thanks for the hospitality and your story Steve!

Best gator tail I ever had! Steve cooks everything to perfection, absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommended for all you gator tail lovers and them some 🌹

Was at Camp Mack for Halloween and saw the owner strike what appeared to be a minor upside the head. I don't know if it was his own kid or what but I will never support this establishment. The fact that he was so comfortable to do that in public leads me to wonder what he does behind closed doors.

Best shrimp po' boy I've ever had & you can tell the gator bites are fresh. Great price & friendly people.
