Millsboro Pizza Palace

Ordered chicken cheesesteak with lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, pickles and mayo for take out. Paid for extra toppings, drove all the way to the restaurant, came home hungry and ready to enjoy the Friday night with family just to realize that nothing except pickles and mushrooms was added to my cheesesteak. Called the place back asking if they could make it right and at least refund the 50 cents toppings they charged for and did not provide just for them to tell me that I had to drive all the way back and bring the food back as proof that I was not lying. Not only the staff is incompetent in making the orders correctly, which was mildly inconvenient but would not prompt me to write a review, but the lack of customer service killed the vibe completely. Was craving wings so I order hot wings and got nothing but grease had to add my own hot sauce. Grease all over my container good job cook your doing an awesome job smh

We have ordered from here several times and loved it! We placed a delivery order today and are very disappointed. It was delivered to the wrong place. It went to a business, and we spoke to the driver on the phone. Explaining exactly where to go. It was still delivered to the wrong building. The driver had to go back and pick it up and take it to the right place with someone showing him where to go. We then realized that both pizzas had pepperoni, and one was supposed to be plain. We were also charged for an extra bottle of soda that we did not order. The food was good. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. I just don't think we will order from them again.

We have been ordering company lunches for a long time and the last two weeks were very disappointing. Last week we ordered two large sub trays and they had very little meat on the subs. This week we ordered pasta rays and they were smaller and had less food for the same amount of money.

I got a large Italian stromboli and it was awesome. Plenty of sauce on the side, the cheese is a good cheese, sauce a little sweet, dough was good. Absolutely no complaints from me. People were friendly order was perfect. Highly recommend...
