My fiancé and I went there for lunch right before Thanksgiving. Food was absolutely delicious, fresh and we'll represented. The Lobster Mac was filling for a side dish. Service was nice, solid. Atmosphere was moderate, there were a couple of toddlers crying but that's not the restaurant's fault. Dessert was excellent!! Would dine here again!! Really 4.5 stars!!
Great spot for fresh seafood with a view of the wharf and ocean. We had lobster rolls, shrimp cocktail and crisp cold wines! Our waitress was very attentive and personable. The place is pretty big with both a downstairs and upstairs, we sat upstairs and wanted to sit outside but unfortunately there were a couple bugs. Otherwise we had a great time and the atmosphere was beautiful.
Reservation for 11 we ended up having 10 at 5 pm. It was all of ours first time here five of them are from Georgia wanting high quality fresh seafood. Our atmosphere was so beautiful the place was quiet at the time. Calamari it took over 40 minutes to come for an app cold , chowder was warm but cornbread was hot as well as great. Seafood platter was cold including the onion rings .Sadly for 39 dollars I do expect it to be hot but presentation on a metal plate tray was a great idea. Our GA family had cold whole clams ,cold clam roll everything was disappointing especially when we never were asked how everything was and I believe our waitress knew to not add the gratuity onto the bill. We paid for the bill and the beautiful views as for our hefty bill totally not worth it.I will mention the
A beautiful “Indian summer” dinner with my great friend and Jersey transplant John overlooking Scituate harbor. First rate chowder and seafood plate. Calvin took great care of us! Update: More than a week after my visit, I realized I'd left my credit card there - and they still had it! They set it aside for John and I got it back a few days later. Thanks again Mill Wharf!
Ate here around 8PM on a weekend. 5 min wait for my favorite table outside. Chairs are a little narrow for someone who is XL or 2XL but it was okay. You probably don't want to be sat outside if you are a person of width. Service was fast and she checked our table at the right times. Food was flavorful. A bit too pricey but I was willing to pay because it was my graduation. The salad was better at the place I ate at the night before. the salmon was meh. The lobster mac was surprising and wife liked it a lot. I was in love with the lobster soup/chowder. I saw other people ordering the nachos and they looked appetizing. I also saw someone order the onion rings which were thing and stringy so I would try those if you like fried food. Overall, if I came back I probably would just stick to the a
