MilkShake Factory Cary

This shop is gorgeous, and I was hoping for the best. We skipped our favorite ice cream spot to give it a try. The service is fast and friendly, however the shakes (the hubs and I tried the cookies and cream and the birthday cake shakes) were just ok. Not bad, not great, just right there in the middle where at about halfway through, you toil over whether you should finish it or save your calories. I tapped out early, and I’m a sucker for a cake batter almost anything if that tells you anything. The photo station was a fun touch. The Cary locals appear to be smitten with this place as people piled in after us. For me, MilkShake Factory delivered more aesthetics than flavor. You be the judge. Cheers!

First time visit and it was great. Different flavors of milkshakes and I wanted to try the new pumpkin pie shake. That first sip was phenomenal. Tasted like a solid pumpkin pie slice, but after getting halfway thru, there was something that was very overpowering. Almost as if it went from pumpkin pie to ginger snaps. Which isn’t bad, but I’m more of a pumpkin pie guy. Staff was friendly and engaging. And the strawberry shortcake sundae…great! Fresh strawberries, pieces of fluffy cake and ice cream. Would definitely head back.

The best milkshake I've ever had. And you might be like what does this guy know about good milkshakes. Trust me if you saw me in person you would say to yourself, yeah this guy knows a thing or two about milkshakes. Absolutely incredible. Will stop by a milkshake factory any chance I get. With the service and location of this one in Cary is extra special

We got the seasonal peppermint/brownie milkshake, it was super yummy! It came with a cake pop as well which was really good. The milkshake is a bit expensive but it’s also relatively big, so it’s great to share with a friend! I would say it’s worth the price though, and afterwards you can enjoy the Christmas lights nearby!

The milkshake was refreshing and fruity, with a smooth, creamy texture-perfect for a hot day or a sweet treat anytime. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the store had a lovely, clean atmosphere. While I enjoyed the experience overall, the flavor of the milkshake was just okay and didn't quite stand out. It also felt a bit priceyyyyyyy for what it was. I might give another flavor a try next time, but I'd also consider exploring other spots that offer more big cup sizes too.
