Great tasting ice cream, seating area for kids was a plus. Mojdeh the owner also makes beautiful artwork. Staff are very accommodating and extremely nice. Overall great experience. By the way they have famous Persian “faloodeh” both traditional and pomegranate flavor. Also traditional Persian ice cream that’s house made! Definitely recommend!

The most delicious Dubai Matcha with boba especially on a rainy day. I am told there is a piece of Dubai chocolate on the bottom 🤤The shop is super cute with elite customer service, give them a go!

Ice cream, gelato, boba, açaí bowls, and more—Milk & Sugar Time truly has it all! They’ve taken over the old cleaners location and have been serving sweet treats here for the past three months. The vibe inside the shop is so welcoming and fun. I loved it right away. I originally came in craving boba, but once I saw the ice cream, I couldn’t resist. They let me sample a flavor, and I ended up choosing “Kitty Kitty Bang!” it was delicious. As I was checking out, the fresh-baked cookies caught my eye, and of course, I couldn’t leave without one. I grabbed a chocolate chip cookie to go, and it was the perfect addition. There are so many tasty options to try here. Oh, and I almost forgot, they have macarons too! I definitely need to come back soon and explore more of their menu.

Love this little gem of a place! What an absolute treasure we found. Easy parking and great location! Ordered the “exhausted parent” with coconut topping! Family owned business. Very kind, sweet and great people all around. The ice cream is delicious and they have açaí bowls!!! Will be a return customer.

Milk and Sugar Time is such a gem in LA! The drinks are perfectly balanced, never too sweet, and the boba is always fresh and chewy. The shop has a cozy vibe, and the staff are super friendly and quick. Definitely my new go-to spot for a pick-me-up!
