Mile High Crust Issues in Parker is incredible! Everything I tried was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The Oreo cinnamon rolls were absolutely amazing — soft, rich, and packed with flavor without being overly sweet. I also tried the jalapeño garlic cheddar sourdough and the chocolate chip sourdough, and both were fantastic! The jalapeño cheddar had a perfect balance of heat and cheesy flavor, and the texture of the sourdough was spot on. The chocolate chip sourdough was such a fun twist and surprisingly delicious, with just the right balance of sweetness and that classic sourdough flavor. You can really tell a lot of care goes into the baking here and I highly recommend you give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

So excited to have a small, woman-owned bakery like this in the neighborhood! I was lucky enough to win a giveaway for a loaf of sourdough and I’m officially hooked. I may or may not have eaten half the loaf within the first few hours...it’s that good. The sourdough is flavorful, perfectly baked, and makes an amazing grilled cheese. If you’re looking for fresh, local sourdough bread (or other amazing baked good), definitely give this place a try and support a great local business!
