Mikonos Restaurant

I'm in from West Virginia for an appointment. I stopped here for soup and a gyro, to go. Madison waited on me and she was super nice and friendly. The gyro had a side of lightly seasoned fries with it. The soup was a lemon chicken with a nice flavor. I think I would have added some orzo to it instead of carrot chunks. But, that's just my choice. The gyro was made well. Prices were reasonable. Plenty of parking outside. Inside the feel was diner-like and clean. I looked over the menu and it had all the usual Greek dishes and desserts. They looked so good and tasty on display! There's not much more to say, but to give it a try yourself.

This was my first time ordering take out in a few years. The food quality has gone downhill. The potatoes were soggy and not to my satisfaction. I ordered a side of tzatziki sauce for $1.80 and was shocked to see how small the portion was and not even filled to the top! I will not be going back.

We like this place, we travel from PA for the good food. This time they had a lamb cheese steak for $17. It was ok but not worth the price, very small and some tough prices hard to chew. Other than that the spinach pie was just as good as always and the stuffed grape leaves were delicious

What happened! This place used to be so good. We’ve been coming here for almost 15 years and drove an hour to get here. Ordered the pork chops with side of veggies. Pork chop was bland and the vegetables were greasy overcooked onions and zucchini. The beef special was very salty and chicken overcooked. Very disappointing, will not come back. Now we know why the place was empty on a Friday night. This place is usually packed.Hope the new management gets their act together.

One of my favorites. Great greek food. Simple but well made. Good selection of food. Great, homemade desserts. Prices are very reasonable. Good service.BYOB.
