Mijo's Oak BBQ

Mijos has done a few events at our ranch! I cannot say enough about how the food tasted! It was amazing! Gabe is great to work with. He is our favorite Santa Maria Style BBQ.

My dad was from Santa Maria, CA, and so I grew up with him grilling tri-tip over red oak and seasoning it with a special spice mix that only he knew. Eating at Mijos brings me back to those dinners with my dad; a juicy and perfectly seasoned stack of meat laid on top of a hunk of hot, buttery, crunchy French bread. Every element of these Santa Maria style tri-tip sandwiches is top-notch. The service provided by Gabe and his crew is always super friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. My family can't get enough!
