Michaelangelo's Pizza & Subs

You won’t be disappointed stopping for pizza here. I ordered a couple slices to dine in for lunch and it was a nice thin crispy crust slice.

Pizza… great! Salad, horrible. And the guy on the phone when I called about the salad… even worse. Included photo of our $6 house salad pizza. I get that it won’t be gourmet, but serving the core is the head of lettuce? Not cool.

We ordered online and were quoted 20 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later and pizza wasn’t done. The girl behind the counter gave us our receipt and told us it would be a few minutes. We proceeded to sit there for 25 additional minutes while they checked in with every other customer except for us. When I finally got fed up and checked in with them again (we had been sitting right in front of the counter) she got our pizza down and said it had been ready for several minutes. So we waited 50 minutes for 1 plain pizza and a turkey sub. The pizza was cold by the time we got home because they couldn’t be bothered to check in with us at all.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and we enjoyed our experience. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The pizza was good and tasted fresh. I had the Pepperoni slice my husband had the stuffed slice. Both very good. We also decided to share a Italian sub. It was fresh and very good. I can't wait to return to try more of the menu.

We always order from here and have it delivered, but tonight we ordered two large Italians and one ham & cheese but that's not what we got. We ended up getting three ham & cheese instead and when i called in I asked to speak to a manager, And when he answered I explained to him that we always order from them and we have never had a issue until tonight. I told him we didn't want a refund or anything replaced but we just wanted to let him know what happened and he ended up arguing with me and saying he watched the guy make all 3 subs and two of them was Italians and I told him im not saying he didn't make them, I just said maybe they ended up in the wrong bag and then he said oh if u are trying to get free food then this isn't the way!!!!!
