Mi Ranchito Mexican Food

We stopped at Mi Ranchito Mexican Food after hiking Stony Man Mountain and checking out some new homes in the area, and we’re so glad we did! The food truck is set up in a parking lot alongside another truck, and the lady running it was warm and friendly. The food was fantastic, we tried the beef, chicken, and pork carnitas, and each one was perfectly prepared with generous portions. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Another pleasant surprise was the very clean portalet, which we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring. Overall, this was a 5-star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ with delicious food, friendly service, and thoughtful touches. We’ll definitely be back!

Great food and super nice woman that runs this food truck. I stop here and get tacos every time I buy hay at AJ Pullens...which is about 1 every month. Something I always look forward to is grabbing a few tacos from here.

Best authentic Mexican food in the area. It has become a regular weekly stop for me. The chicken flautas meal is so delicious I haven’t been able to try anything else. It has been consistently the same each and every time I’ve had it. Great, friendly, welcoming service by everyone. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a delicious meal!

We’ve eaten here twice now, both times the food has been excellent and fast. Service is friendly and helpful. It’s mostly take out, but they do have 2 nice picnic tables with umbrellas. Also, their horchata might be the best we’ve ever had.

Absolutely our new favorite taco cart! The food was outstanding with amazing red and green sauce with just a bit of a spicy kick.
