Mi Fiesta Tacos & Tequila-Goose Creek

Had dinner at Mi Fiesta and it was a pretty decent experience overall. I ordered one of their rice dishes, and the flavors were good — plenty of seasoning and a nice mix of ingredients. The portion size was generous too, so you definitely get your money’s worth. A couple of items were a little heavier than I prefer, but that might just come down to personal taste. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxed since it wasn’t too busy when we went. Service was friendly, and our server did a great job checking in without hovering. They were especially patient with kids at the table, which always makes the meal go smoother. What a BEAUTIFUL place! The food here was amazing. I had the tamales queso and guacamole. The guac was homemade style, chuncky with the onion and tomato that makes it so good. The queso was thick and smooth and creamy and melty and so good and perfect with the salty chips. LOVED IT ! The murals on the walls were next level and so neat to look and and find new details in.

Went a 1pm and just about empty. Sat at the bar a got XX Amber. Ordered shrimp tacos. Though oddly the only thing inside the soft taco was 3 or 4 shrimp ea. Had to use the little deep fried salad bowl contents to finish making the tacos. They were surprisingly good. Chips n Salsa, both seemed stale. But great and fast service.

We had a great experience at Mi Fiesta Taco. The service was quick and the staff was friendly which made the visit even better. I ordered the steak and chicken tacos and both were phenomenal, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. My fiancé had the chicken quesadilla and could not stop raving about how good it was. Definitely a spot we will be coming back to.

Sheridan was such a wonderful waitress. She was attentive and gave good food and drink recommendations! The restaurant is beautiful and the food was delicious!
