Mezza Luna Pizza

Mezza Luna's one of my favorite places! I've eaten everything I mention in this review. Excellent pizza, both round (thin crust) and square Sicilian (thick crust), are delicious: perfect crust, flavorful sauce, and lots of high-quality mozzarella. Toppings are generous and made of quality ingredients. Leftover slices are still very appealing – none of the mushy crust or congealed oils that show up on cheap pies – and they crisp up well in my toaster oven. Mezza Luna offers all the usual pizza place offerings; all are served in ample sizes and excellently prepared. Used to go all the time but last time I went it cost just under $45 for a Buffalo chicken pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a drink. $45. You can do with that information what you will. The same exact order is nearly $10 cheaper at Napolis or Cafe Maria.

Just picked up a gourmet clam baked pie, lightly cooked and a side of mozzerella sticks. They never disappoint! Love when I am in town and don’t feel like cooking.

The family and I wrapped up a baseball game tonight and we were hungry and cold. This place was the closest (literally 2 minutes from the field), so we stopped in. The staff was super friendly & welcoming. The food was fast, fresh, hot, and delicious! The meatzza lovers was definitely one of the best pizzas we have ever had. We are a pizza loving family, so we will definitely be back!

Came here to celebrate a birthday for a family member. My wife had the Philly cheesesteak hero, it was very good. I had the italian sausage parmigiana hero. The sausage wasn't very flavorful. One of the others in my party had the chicken francaise platter, which i was told was very good. Another had the veal parmigiana platter and i was told it was also very good. Prices were very reasonable. Service was not as attentive as it could have been. Portions were very generous. This is a BYOB establishment for those who want to bring thier own wine or beer. Overall a good experience.
