I really enjoy Mezeh. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. It’s a great alternative to CAVA, and I especially like that they offer more topping options. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and have always appreciated the quality and flavor. However, it seems like they may be dealing with short staffing lately. During lunch hours, the wait can be pretty long. On my last visit, I waited nearly 20 minutes just to place my order. It also feels like online orders are being prioritized over customers who are physically in line. While I understand the need to manage digital orders, it can be frustrating when you’re standing there watching multiple online tickets get fulfilled before in-person customers are helped. My sister and I have gone to eat to mezeh twice we enjoy the food is fresh, healthy and tasty. Their juices are healthy and refreshing. I like mixing it with some water to reduce the sugar. That's something I do. We really recommend this place at this location. The staff is kind and its manager attentive

Ordered shawarma some minutes ago , I can’t even eat it it’s burnt, this is just the worst order called but could not be connected I will never order again to make matters worse I was really hungry but this is not it

The manager missed an opportunity to demonstrate leadership and professionalism. Rather than listening and addressing a simple concern about food quality, the focus shifted to policy and what “can’t be done because of what was ordered and reading it” With as many glitches and auto defaults a quality and improvement process should take place. Although a refund wasn’t even requested—just acknowledgment of a meal barely touched asking to be replaced Fortunately, one team member showed genuine courtesy and effort, which made the situation bearable while the other two acted as if it was a burden.

This place was amazing the best part is that it was fresh.Ypu can tell when something is fresh. Staff were kind the supervisor was on point checking that everything was good. Thanks for making me feel welcome!
